Here is the workout today a total of 4,000
300 warm up
First Main Set
10x100 Pull on 1:30 (This was a push)
second warm up
500 swim
Second Main Set
3x200 (50 kick/50 swim or 50 drill/50 swim)
4x200 Pull
3x200 Swim descend
200 cool down
