100 Kick

Drill
5x50 Free (your choice of drill)
5x50 flutter kick (1:00)

Main
5x100 Pull (1:15/1:20)
5x50 Ch Drill
5x100 Ch (1:40)
5x50 Choice kick
5x100 IM (1:35)
10x50 Ch alt sprint, ez (1:00)

Warm Down
200 Choice
