May 27, 2007 - Distance: extra long

Today’s practice is DISTANCE Free. You notice is it all free and the yardage is longer than usual. Start the first hundred easy and build to a steady pace for the longer distances. If you can, descend as you go back down the ladder. Short rest (:15-1:00) between each swim. Below is for the expert lane and is 4,500 yards
