Today's practice includes extra yardage for an endurance type of practice. Below is the set for the expert lane.

Warm Up

50 Kick

Drills
10x50 Alt drill and swim

Main Set
5x150 Build (:20 rest)
5x50 Kick
5x100 Choice
4x75 Kick
3x200 Pull
3x200 Free

Warm Down
200 Choice
